Dedicamos el post de hoy al artista español Luis Feito, quien un año más nos ha alegrado con su presencia en el evento anual Feriarte, donde suele pasear entre los stands saludando amablemente a todos los galerístas y observando las obras expuestas, algunas de las cuales pintadas por el mismo.

Luis Feito, fundador del grupo "El Paso" junto con Millares, Saura, Rivera y Canogar, entre otros y con presencia en innumerables exposiciones, está considerado una de las figuras clave del arte español contemporáneo. En su obra, que no suele tener título, aparece una tendéncia a la simplicación, y en sus composiciones, el círculo es la forma geométrica predominante.

Sus trabajos están presentes en las más importantes colecciones como, la Galería de Arte Moderno de Roma,  la Fundación Guggenheim de Nueva York, el Museo Nacional de Arte Moderno de París y el Centro de Arte Reina Sofía de Madrid.

Today's post is dedicated to the Spanish artist Luis Feito, who once again has come to visit the annual event Feriarte where he used to walk among the stands saying hello to the galleries' owners and observing the art works exhibeted at the fair, some of them painted by himself.

Luis Feito was founder of "El Paso" group besides with Saura, Canogar and Rivera, among others. He is considered one of the main figures in contemporary Spanish art. In his work, which usually has no title, there is a tendency to simplicity and in his compositions the circle is the dominant geometric shape.

His works are present in some of the most important collections as the Gallery of Modern Art in Rome, the Guggenheim Foundation, the National Museum of Modern Art in Paris and the Centro de Arte Reina Sofia in Madrid.
